You will have accredited surfers as instructors who will teach you, through specific techniques, to stand up on the board and begin to perform your first manoeuvres. The courses include a surfboard, wetsuit and transfer to the beach, as well as the possibility of contracting the hours you consider necessary.

In addition to the courses, the surfuris are another of the services offered by this school. If you are already capable of making a good take-off and a good come-back, they will take you to surf the best peaks on the island. From Monday to Friday there are guided excursions to the best waves of the day such as El Circo, El Picacho, Izquierda del Roque, El Confital. There on the "terrain" they will teach you how to get in and out of the peak and they will advise you on everything you need to know about the wave that is going to be surfed.

For those who prefer to go on their own in search of their waves, Atlantis Surf Hostel also has an equipment rental service, such as initiation boards, fiberboards, bodyboards and neoprene suits.
