You will learn to differentiate the characteristics and flavours of each of the varieties that make up the D.O.P Queso de Flor de Guía in a guided tasting and to cook typical dishes of our gastronomy with live show-cooking  while you delight in the flavours of the rich plasters made with the best raw materials from the island: wrinkled potatoes with mojo sauce, Guía cheese, artisan bread from Guía, olives from Santa Lucía, seasoned island tomatoes, salad with Gáldar onions and Mogán avocado, typical Guía sweets, wine Canary. All this accompanied by live traditional music and dance.
