Craft
A visit to Santa María de Guía is not complete if you do not visit one of the craft workshops and take some of their products as souvenirs. Here, Canarian knives are especially famous and admired, their handles made with goat or cow horn and metals such as gold, silver or nickel silver; and also the works in wood carving from which decorative elements such as chests, jewellery boxes and even supports for the knives themselves are obtained.
